Parcel Service
Should the mail carrier not
reach you at home to deliver your package/parcel, you can
pick it up at:
2 New Whitney St., on the 2nd floor,
Monday thru Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Please be sure that the notice the
mail carrier leaves at your door indicates that your package
is at 2 New Whitney Street because depending on the type of
package, it may be sent to the US Post Office. When you come
to our office, you will need to bring an ID and sign for the
package when you pick it up. If your package has been in our
office for two weeks, we will notify you in writing. (Note:
if your signature is required by the mail carrier to
deliver, your package will not be dropped off at our
office). However you can always feel free to call our office
at 617- 232-0400 and ask for Marie-Claire Dumornay to check for your package.
Translation/Interpretation Services

Translators: Residents Sofiya Deych and Stella Wang
Free
Russian, Cantonese, Mandarin and Taisanese translators/interpreters are
available to RTH residents. They translate mail, communicate
with
Management or Maintenance Departments and advocate on your
behalf. Social workers are also present to support
interpreters.
This is a "drop in" service. No need to make an appointment.
